It is our pleasure to share information about our upcoming workshop series. Over the next 5 months we will be offering 5 complimentary community workshops for parents & caregivers supporting a child/youth impacted by mental health challenges. These workshops will be held at Hugh Foster Hall in Milton. Special thanks to the United Way Milton for their contribution to these evenings.

Self Care for Caregivers
6:30p.m. – 8:30p.m.
Visit our various stations and experience ways to support yourself so you can continue to support others. Enjoy connecting with others, practicing mindfulness in a variety of different ways and lose yourself in a creative activity. These are only a few ways this workshop will show caregivers how to care for the most important person – you!
